What is the General Assembly?
The General Assembly is the collegial and representative body of the Lay Consecrated Men of Regnum Christi. It safeguards its charismatic heritage, promotes its development and renewal, and guides the fulfillment of its mission.
It examines the life and challenges of the Society, elects its government, and establishes the guidelines and norms that guide its path, always in communion with the Regnum Christi Federation and at the service of the Church.

Félix Gómez – Chief Executive Officer
He was born on February 9, 1966, in Spain and entered consecrated life on August 27, 1989. He holds a degree in industrial engineering from Anahuac University North Mexico, with a specialization in engineering, master's degrees in economics/administration, finance, and philosophy, and doctoral studies in education from the same university.
Throughout his career, he has played a prominent role in institutional management and general governance. He was territorial administrator of Mexico for almost two decades, administrator of Anahuac Mexico North University, and general counselor of the Consecrated Lay People of Regnum Christi. Since 2020, he has been the general director of the Consecrated Lay People of Regnum Christi, a member of the general governing board of the Regnum Christi Federation, and a member of the board of the Anáhuac University Network.
Cristian Nazer - First Counselor
He was born on August 12, 1968, in Illapel, Chile. He is a surgeon from the University of Chile; he studied for a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy at the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum (Rome); he obtained a Master's degree in Philosophy from the Anahuac University (Mexico); and he has a specialization in Bioethics from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart (Rome). He entered consecrated life on January 15, 1995.
Throughout his career, he has served in university and government administration: he was secretary general of the Universidad Anáhuac México Sur, academic vice-rector of the Universidad Anáhuac México Norte, and rector of the Universidad Finis Terrae (Santiago, Chile). He has been president of the International Network of Regnum Christi Universities and of the Corporation of Private Universities of Chile. He is currently general counselor of the Consecrated Laity of Regnum Christi, director of the LCRC community in Santiago, international head of the Regnum Christi Universities (RIU) and delegate to the Territorial Governing Board of Chile.
Fernando Rincón - Second First Counselor
He was born on May 14, 1978, in Mexico City. He holds a degree in industrial engineering from Anahuac Mexico North University (2002) and a master's degree in Management and Leadership from the same university (2019). He entered consecrated life on September 15, 1996. Throughout his career, he has carried out his apostolate in the areas of formation, education, and government: director of the Andes Institute in Puebla, assistant director of the Irish International School in Monterrey, community director of the LCRC Monterrey, and collaborator in the international areas of Apostolate and Life and Mission of Regnum Christi. He was Vice-Rector for Integral Formation at Anahuac University Mexico North and is currently Vice-Rector for Integral Formation at Anahuac Mayab University. He is also general counselor for the Consecrated Laity of Regnum Christi.
Guillermo Campillo - Third Counselor
He was born on January 15, 1984, in Hermosillo, Mexico, and was ordained on August 15, 2004. He collaborated with Regnum Christi during the 2003-2004 academic year at ECYD in Mexico City. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering Management and a Bachelor's degree in Religious Sciences from Anahuac University in Mexico. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Sciences for the Formation of Formators from the Gregorian University. He has specialized in accompaniment, spiritual direction, and vocational ministry. He has been involved in vocational promotion in Mexico. From 2015 to 2023, he was the territorial director of ECYD in the Monterrey territory. In 2020, he was elected general counselor of the consecrated lay people of Regnum Chris, and since 2021, he has been the delegate of the general director for the internal life of the consecrated in Mexico and for the Territorial Board of Directors of Mexico and Central America. Since August 2025, he has been the director of the candidacy.
Bernardo Pérez - Fourth First Counselor
He was born on November 26, 1971, in Mexico City. He entered consecrated life on September 29, 1991. He studied engineering at Anahuac Mexico North University and completed his bachelor's degree in philosophy at the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum (APRA) in Rome. He holds a diploma in Corporate Social Responsibility and a Master's degree in Business Administration.
Throughout more than three decades of consecration, he has served in formation, spiritual direction, and government. He was a formation instructor at Oak Dublin Academy, director of youth in León, and director of the LCRC Formation Center in Mexico. He has held various positions in the administrative field. He has directed works such as the RC Collaborators Program and the RC Territorial Apostolate Office for Mexico and Central America. He is currently community director in Querétaro, director of the Mission Center at Anahuac University in Querétaro, and general counselor for the Consecrated Laity of Regnum Christi.
Abraham Monroy - Fifth Counselor
He was born on January 2, 1986, in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. He graduated with a degree in engineering from the Universidad Anáhuac México Campus Norte (2005–2010). He entered consecrated life on August 15, 2004.
He has carried out his mission in economic management and governance: assistant to the territorial administration in Mexico, manager and advisor of the Lomas Anáhuac center, territorial treasurer of LCRC Mexico–USA, and administrative director of the Semper Altius School Network. He is currently general advisor to the LCRC, director of the Lomas Anáhuac community, and director of finance for the Regnum Christi works in Mexico.
Mario Olivieri - General Treasurer
He was born on May 8, 1963, in Mexico City. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Anahuac Mexico North University and a diploma in senior management from Anahuac Poniente University (1989). He later earned a master's degree in business administration from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania (USA). He entered consecrated life on January 10, 1982.
Throughout more than four decades of consecration, he has served in the economic and administrative areas of Regnum Christi. He has been a member of the territorial administration team in Mexico as director of auditing and taxation, and a member of the general administration team as director of finance. Since 2013, he has been the general treasurer of the Consecrated Lay Members of Regnum Christi, and since 2020, he has also been the general auditor and president of the Audit and Risk Management Committee of the Common Works of Regnum Christi.
Manuel Cordero - Secretary General
He was born on August 21, 1963, in Cáceres, Spain. He graduated in Economics and Administration from the UNED and studied Economics at the Autonomous University of Madrid; he completed a Diploma in Theology (Claretianum, Rome). He entered consecrated life on September 15, 1981.
Throughout his more than four decades of consecration, he has served mainly in government and administration: member of the team and assistant to the territorial administration of Monterrey, territorial administrator of Spain, and assistant to the general administration. He has been general treasurer and is currently secretary general of the Consecrated Lay Members of Regnum Christi, as well as legal representative of the SVA LCRC and responsible for safe environments in Italy.
Jorge López - Former Chief Executive Officer
He was born on September 24, 1963, in Madrid, Spain. He studied for his bachelor's degree and later obtained a master's degree in administration and a doctorate in administration from the Universidad Anáhuac México Sur and the Complutense University of Madrid. He entered consecrated life on September 15, 1981.
Throughout his extensive career, he has served in formation, education, and general government. He was territorial assistant for educational centers, rector of Anahuac Mexico South University, and general director of the Consecrated Lay Members of Regnum Christi (2012–2020). He was also a member of the General Steering Committee of Regnum Christi, in addition to serving as head of the Educational Works area. He is currently dean of the Faculty of Education and Psychology at Francisco de Vitoria University in Madrid.

Abraham Cárdenas
He was born on January 12, 1965, in Mexico City. He completed his studies in Actuarial Science at Anahuac University in 1987. He entered consecrated life on August 14, 1988. He specialized in Actuarial Science at the same university.
Throughout his more than three decades of consecration, he has developed an extensive career in the educational and administrative fields: director of ECYD in Puebla, director of youth and administrator of Highlands School in Dallas, territorial administrator in Spain, assistant territorial administrator in Monterrey, secretary general and vice-rector of Integral Formation at Anahuac University Mexico; academic vice-rector and rector of Anahuac University Mexico South, and rector of IEST-Anahuac Tampico. His last apostolic assignment was as director of Anahuac Online. He is an advisor to the training center for Consecrated Laity.
Álvaro Cifuentes
He was born on August 9, 1963, in Stockholm, Sweden. Born into a Colombian family, he lived in Bogotá during his childhood. He learned about the Movement at Cumbres School in Mexico City. He studied Systems Engineering in Venezuela. He entered consecrated life on January 6, 1991.
Throughout his more than three decades of consecration, he has served mainly in formation and government: formation instructor at Cumbres Vistahermosa, Cumbres de Santiago, and Cumbres Caracas schools; apostolate with ECyD and youth sections (Mexico City, Puebla, Caracas, Las Condes Santiago); administrative responsibilities at the territorial headquarters in Venezuela and Chile; formator at the Student Center in Santiago, Chile, and director of the LCRC community in Santiago and director of the candidacy in Mexico. He is currently director of the LCRC formation center in Mexico and national coordinator of vocational promotion.
Antonio Maza
He was born on December 27, 1976, in Mexico City. He graduated with a degree in Economics and Administration from the University of Dallas in 2000 and completed his Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management at the Universidad Anáhuac México Sur in 2015. He entered consecrated life on September 15, 1995.
Dermot Tennyson
He was born on August 1, 1958, in Ireland. He graduated as an engineer from University College Dublin (1979) and obtained a master's degree in Engineering Sciences from the same university, as well as master's degrees in Humanities, Philosophy, and Finance from Anahuac University, and a master's degree in Family Sciences for Consulting from the Pontifical John Paul II Institute in Monterrey. He entered consecrated life on April 10, 1977.
Emilio Martínez
He was born on June 16, 1968, in Vitoria, Spain. He joined ECYD in 1983 and Regnum Christi in 1984. He consecrated himself to Regnum Christi on August 10, 1986. He earned a bachelor's degree in Geography and History, specializing in American History, and a doctorate from the Complutense University of Madrid. He obtained a licentiate and doctorate in Ecclesiastical History from the Pontifical Gregorian University.
In his apostolic career, he has been a formator in the youth section and a teacher at Everest School in Madrid, an assistant in the General Administration, director of the General Historical Archives of the Legion and Regnum Christi, and a visiting professor at the European University of Rome. He is a permanent professor at the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum and a researcher in history, social doctrine, and spirituality with numerous publications. He was a member of the commissions for the revision of the statutes of the consecrated members and of Regnum Christi, among others. He was delegate of the general director and CDG for the discernment of the current permanent missionaries of Regnum Christi. He was community director in Rome and Madrid, territorial advisor for Europe and the United States, and territorial director for Europe and Chile. He has been a member of ARROCE. He is a member of the Territorial Board of Directors of Regnum Christi in Spain.
Jaime Pérez
He was born on March 20, 1957, in Saltillo, Mexico. He graduated with a degree in Medicine from Anahuac University in Mexico and later obtained a Master's degree in Philosophy from Anahuac University South, where he also studied for a Doctorate in Philosophy. He entered consecrated life on April 15, 1979.
He has developed an extensive career in the fields of education, academia, and pastoral ministry. He worked for nine years in the Territorial Administration of Mexico. He was director of the Alfa y Omega clinic; trainer of full-time evangelizers for 19 years; organizer of Caballeros del Altar; director of ISCR Mexico; and national secretary of the Cultural Heritage Dimension of the Mexican Episcopal Conference. He is currently president of the National Commission for Sacred Art A.C. He has also been director of the Lomas Anáhuac community and spiritual director at the LCRC formation center. He currently continues his work in the formation and governance of the LCRC as general director of studies and general director of Safe Environments for the LCRC.
José Mateos
He was born on September 1, 1970, in Mexico. He entered consecrated life on September 15, 1995. Throughout his three decades of consecration, he has developed extensive experience in government, formation, and educational management. He was director of youth and administrator of Highlands College in Dallas, secretary general of Anahuac University North Mexico, national director of Red Misión, local director of apostolate in southeastern Mexico, director of the collaborators program in Mexico, and has developed apostolic initiatives to spread John Paul II's Theology of the Body. He has also served as advisor and territorial director of the LCRC Mexico-USA, and as director of the LCRC Formation Center in Mexico. He currently resides in Santiago, Chile, where he is vice-rector of integral formation at Finis Terrae University, general coordinator of vocational promotion for the LCRC, delegate for common works in Chile, and responsible for safe environments for the LCRC in that country.
Noé Robertos
He was born on February 23, 1988, in Chetumal, Mexico. He was a member of ECYD and Regnum Christi while living in Cancun. In 2006, he joined the Society of Apostolic Life Consecrated Lay People of RC. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management and Administration and Religious Sciences, and a master's degree in Human Capital Management from Anahuac University in Mexico. In May 2019, he completed a diploma in Spiritual Direction. In 2020, he moved to Madrid, Spain, where he studied a Master's Degree in Philosophy at the University of Comillas and is currently completing a Master's Degree in Mysticism and Human Sciences at the Teresian-San Juan International Center.
Throughout his mission, he has served especially in ECYD and in the management of centers: member of the auxiliary team of the male ECYD in the northern part of Mexico City, trainer of adolescents in vocational discernment at the Student Center, support for the vocational tour in Mexico, and member of the National Office of ECYD in Mexico. He is currently the director of the LCRC in Conde de la Cimera in Madrid, director of ECYD in Highlands Los Fresnos, and territorial manager of ECYD Collaborators in Spain.
Radoslaw Biernacki
He was born on March 2, 1979, in Krakow, Poland. He entered consecrated life on September 27, 1998. He studied at the Francisco de Vitoria University Center, affiliated with the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain), where he earned a degree in Economics. He subsequently obtained a Master's degree in Philosophy and a Master's degree in Humanities from the Francisco de Vitoria University, a Master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Tampa (USA), and a Doctorate in Economics from the Autonomous University of Madrid.
Throughout his career, he has been involved in youth and university education, as well as higher education. He has been a member of youth support teams in Madrid and Buin, and a professor at the Finis Terrae University in Santiago, Chile, where he currently continues his academic work.
Ricardo Vélez
She was born on April 5, 1992, in Mexico City and grew up in Cancún, Quintana Roo. She studied for a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management at Anáhuac University in Mexico and has a Master's Degree in Psychopedagogy and Neuroscience for Education. She entered consecrated life on August 4, 2013.
Throughout his consecrated life, he has developed his apostolate in the areas of youth and education. He has been an instructor and director of formation at the Himalaya International School in Monterrey, assistant to the ECYD in Poniente, founding the ECYD in schools outside the RCSA, in charge of the ECYD Collaborators headquarters in Cancún for three years, and is currently director of the ECYD for boys in San Pedro (Club Faro Monterrey) and Territorial Manager of the Collaborators Program in Mexico.
Jorge Lam
He was born on July 15, 2002, in Caracas, Venezuela. He completed his high school studies at the Academy of Advanced Academics, where he graduated in 2022. He entered the LCRC Formation Center in Mexico on June 25, 2021, and made his first temporary vows on August 17, 2024.

He graduated as an engineer from University College Dublin (1979) and obtained a master's degree in Engineering Sciences from the same university, as well as master's degrees in Humanities, Philosophy, and Finance from Anahuac University, and a master's degree in Family Sciences for Consulting from the Pontifical John Paul II Institute in Monterrey. He entered consecrated life on April 10, 1977.
Emilio Martínez
He was born on June 16, 1968, in Vitoria, Spain. He joined ECYD in 1983 and Regnum Christi in 1984. He consecrated himself to Regnum Christi on August 10, 1986. He earned a bachelor's degree in Geography and History, specializing in American History, and a doctorate from the Complutense University of Madrid. He obtained a licentiate and doctorate in Ecclesiastical History from the Pontifical Gregorian University.
In his apostolic career, he has been a formator in the youth section and a teacher at Everest School in Madrid, an assistant in the General Administration, director of the General Historical Archives of the Legion and Regnum Christi, and a visiting professor at the European University of Rome. He is a permanent professor at the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum and a researcher in history, social doctrine, and spirituality with numerous publications. He was a member of the commissions for the revision of the statutes of the consecrated members and of Regnum Christi, among others. He was delegate of the general director and CDG for the discernment of the current permanent missionaries of Regnum Christi. He was community director in Rome and Madrid, territorial advisor for Europe and the United States, and territorial director for Europe and Chile. He has been a member of ARROCE. He is a member of the Territorial Board of Directors of Regnum Christi in Spain.
Jaime Pérez
He was born on March 20, 1957, in Saltillo, Mexico. He graduated with a degree in Medicine from Anahuac University in Mexico and later obtained a Master's degree in Philosophy from Anahuac University South, where he also studied for a Doctorate in Philosophy. He entered consecrated life on April 15, 1979.
He has developed an extensive career in the fields of education, academia, and pastoral ministry. He worked for nine years in the Territorial Administration of Mexico. He was director of the Alfa y Omega clinic; trainer of full-time evangelizers for 19 years; organizer of Caballeros del Altar; director of ISCR Mexico; and national secretary of the Cultural Heritage Dimension of the Mexican Episcopal Conference. He is currently president of the National Commission for Sacred Art A.C. He has also been director of the Lomas Anáhuac community and spiritual director at the LCRC formation center. He currently continues his work in the formation and governance of the LCRC as general director of studies and general director of Safe Environments for the LCRC.
José Mateos
He was born on September 1, 1970, in Mexico. He entered consecrated life on September 15, 1995. Throughout his three decades of consecration, he has developed extensive experience in government, formation, and educational management. He was director of youth and administrator of Highlands College in Dallas, secretary general of Anahuac University North Mexico, national director of Red Misión, local director of apostolate in southeastern Mexico, director of the collaborators program in Mexico, and has developed apostolic initiatives to spread John Paul II's Theology of the Body. He has also served as advisor and territorial director of the LCRC Mexico-USA, and as director of the LCRC Formation Center in Mexico. He currently resides in Santiago, Chile, where he is vice-rector of integral formation at Finis Terrae University, general coordinator of vocational promotion for the LCRC, delegate for common works in Chile, and responsible for safe environments for the LCRC in that country.
Noé Robertos
He was born on February 23, 1988, in Chetumal, Mexico. He was a member of ECYD and Regnum Christi while living in Cancun. In 2006, he joined the Society of Apostolic Life Consecrated Lay People of RC. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management and Administration and Religious Sciences, and a master's degree in Human Capital Management from Anahuac University in Mexico. In May 2019, he completed a diploma in Spiritual Direction. In 2020, he moved to Madrid, Spain, where he studied a Master's Degree in Philosophy at the University of Comillas and is currently completing a Master's Degree in Mysticism and Human Sciences at the Teresian-San Juan International Center.
Throughout his mission, he has served especially in ECYD and in the management of centers: member of the auxiliary team of the male ECYD in the northern part of Mexico City, trainer of adolescents in vocational discernment at the Student Center, support for the vocational tour in Mexico, and member of the National Office of ECYD in Mexico. He is currently the director of the LCRC in Conde de la Cimera in Madrid, director of ECYD in Highlands Los Fresnos, and territorial manager of ECYD Collaborators in Spain.
Radoslaw Biernacki
He was born on March 2, 1979, in Krakow, Poland. He entered consecrated life on September 27, 1998. He studied at the Francisco de Vitoria University Center, affiliated with the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain), where he earned a degree in Economics. He subsequently obtained a Master's degree in Philosophy and a Master's degree in Humanities from the Francisco de Vitoria University, a Master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Tampa (USA), and a Doctorate in Economics from the Autonomous University of Madrid.
Throughout his career, he has been involved in youth and university education, as well as higher education. He has been a member of youth support teams in Madrid and Buin, and a professor at the Finis Terrae University in Santiago, Chile, where he currently continues his academic work.
Ricardo Vélez
She was born on April 5, 1992, in Mexico City and grew up in Cancún, Quintana Roo. She studied for a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management at Anáhuac University in Mexico and has a Master's Degree in Psychopedagogy and Neuroscience for Education. She entered consecrated life on August 4, 2013.
Throughout his consecrated life, he has developed his apostolate in the areas of youth and education. He has been an instructor and director of formation at the Himalaya International School in Monterrey, assistant to the ECYD in Poniente, founding the ECYD in schools outside the RCSA, in charge of the ECYD Collaborators headquarters in Cancún for three years, and is currently director of the ECYD for boys in San Pedro (Club Faro Monterrey) and Territorial Manager of the Collaborators Program in Mexico.
Jorge Lam
He was born on July 15, 2002, in Caracas, Venezuela. He completed his high school studies at the Academy of Advanced Academics, where he graduated in 2022. He entered the LCRC Formation Center in Mexico on June 25, 2021, and made his first temporary vows on August 17, 2024.
